This is Wilhelmena's favourite recipe. Delicious and nutritious for the whole family.
|6 medium||Potatoes (any variety)|
|3 large||Carrots (optional)|
|1/4 cup||Butter or margarine|
|to taste||Salt and pepper (optional)|
Boil all vegetables until soft. Drain and add butter or margarine and milk. Mash together until soft and garnish with salt and pepper if desired.
