This is Wilhelmena's favourite recipe. Delicious and nutritious for the whole family.
INGREDIENTS
6 medium | Potatoes (any variety) | |
3 cups | Chopped Swiss Chard (leaves only) | |
3 large | Carrots (optional) | |
1 medium | Onion | |
1/4 cup | Butter or margarine | |
3/4 cup | Milk | |
to taste | Salt and pepper (optional) |
INSTRUCTIONS
Boil all vegetables until soft. Drain and add butter or margarine and milk. Mash together until soft and garnish with salt and pepper if desired.
